Shipping

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders above $500.

On orders below $500, standard shipping is $9.99 and express shipping is $19.99.

For shipping outside of the United States, please visit our UK/RoW online store here.

Returns

We hope you are very happy with your order. However, in the event that you would like to return or exchange your order, please follow the instructions below. Returns are free, but must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please use the free UPS return label provided in your parcel.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

Please fill out the returns form included with your order and place this inside the returning package. Reseal the package and stick the return label on the box.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
